Paywat Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates Paywat.com (the “Site”) and Paywat (the “Application”), Collective referred to as (“Paywat”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site and the Application.

We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site, and to provide the services offered by the Application. By using the Site or the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We collect a variety of information for the purpose of providing and improving our services for our customers.

      Information Provided by Our Customers

• Information shared about Users includes usernames, emails, IDs, Gender, Education Level, Groups, and other Roster information.
• Information shared about Users also includes Information related to the User’s parents or guardians: name, address, email, phone, language, relationship to User.
• Information about their Staff Users or Other Users may also include role in the organization and title.

      Additional Information Provided by Our School Customers

• School or School District Organizations may also choose to share additional information such as free and reduced lunch program status, ELL status, attendance records, payments due, bus routes, grades, and assignments.

Paywat Inc. and its employees, consultants, and subcontractors comply with all applicable provisions of with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”) and all other applicable confidentiality and privacy laws. We receive Student Data from School Customers as a “school official” under FERPA and only process Student Data for educational purposes only.

In accordance with Children’s Online Privacy and Protection Act (“COPPA”), to the extent COPPA applies to information we collect, we process such information for educational purposes only, at the direction of the partnering School Customer and on the basis of educational institution consent. Paywat relies on its School Customer to obtain parental consent to provide our services to students under 13 years of age. If we learn we host data without parental consent, we will remove that data from our systems as soon as possible after we become aware of it.

      Additional Information Provided by Our Users

• Our users may decide to add additional information about themselves while using Paywat. All information added to your profile including posts or messages can be made available to other users within the same Customer.
  
  

      Additional Information Paywat Collects

• We collect usage data for the platform to help us to improve our product.
• We also collect information you add to the platform such as posts, comments, payments, forms data. Related activity data such as who added information and when information was added is also collected.
• We also send notification information such as SMS, Push Notifications, and emails to users when Information is added. As well as tracking who read or clicked on the information and app downloads. To track reads of emails and other notifications, Paywat uses embedded transparent images, this helps us better understand the use of our site and application.
• Like many site and application operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

• Paywat is restricted to users at your organization. Your organization may also add users from outside the organization as they see fit.
• Your organization may choose to share post information and pictures on social websites for example Twitter and Facebook.

• Your contact information may be shared by your organization with other users within your organization. By default, your email, phone number, and physical address is hidden within Paywat.
• Your information will be used by Paywat for the sole purpose of providing Paywat’s products and services. We will not rent, trade, sell or otherwise distribute your information to any 3^rd parties, unless Paywat is compelled to by law, we need to release it maintain or operate our services, or if the school authorizes it.
• Paywat does not use your Information for any targeted advertising.

Your information may be processed by our staff or by the staff of third parties we work with to deliver our business. Processing can mean any activity that involves the use of information about someone that can identify them. All uses, for example, obtaining, recording, storing, disclosing, organising, retrieving, deleting and destroying are types of data processing.
